23rd Feb 2006
One of my Bengali friends got married. So we went to her place at night to spend the"Kaal Ratri"
It was too crowded in the living room so we went to the garden.
I was tired, so just layed down on the grass, with the open skies above. Instantly i travelled back to his words. He told me once, how peacefull a sleep on the grass under the naked sky feels like.
Indeed its so true, you loose the sense of the world.
I so wished i could be there with him, in his arms, and we would talk endlessly. Joking, kidding, smiling, or perhaps not saying anything at all.
Just then another friend grabbed her love and they both snuggled together. and a tear trickled down my heart. I wrapped the pallu of my saree around me and went to the car for a drive.
Wished upon the only star in the sky....do these wishes come true?
Next moring was nice and chilly and walking on the grass was plesant. went back to office and the feeliong get lost in the work....
